Aurra Fellows, Esq.
Aurra is a career coach with expertise in helping clients align their purpose and vision with concrete and actionable strategic planning. Previously, she was a trial lawyer at Vinson & Elkins LLP and served in multiple associate leadership positions.
She has litigated a wide variety of commercial disputes in federal and state courts, and private arbitrations, and assisted clients with internal and governmental investigations.
Aurra has spent the last decade working with Columbia Law School training students, lawyers, and diplomats in negotiation and conflict resolution. She is a distinguished graduate of Rice University, followed by Columbia Law School (2016), where she was designated a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar and a winner of the Jane Marks Murphy Prize for exceptional interest and proficiency in advocacy in clinical offerings. During law school, Aurra had the privilege of serving as President of Columbia Law School’s Black Law Students Association (BLSA). During her service, Columbia’s BLSA was awarded “Best Overall Advocacy” for the organization’s work surrounding issues of diversity and inclusion on campus.
Aurra has been named one of The Best Lawyers in America© (BL Rankings, LLC), as well as a “One to Watch,” from Commercial Litigation (Houston), in 2023 and 2024. Additionally, she was recognized by National Black Lawyers as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” in Texas in 2019.
Aurra enjoys working with firms committed to equity and empowering lawyers in their careers. In her spare time, she is a member of the Advisory Board for Rice University’s Glasscock School of Continuing Studies, she has volunteered for the Children’s Defense Fund-Texas and the Greater Houston Partnership.

Samantha Adler, MS
Samantha is a conflict resolution expert with more than a decade of experience in training, consulting, and mediation. She earned her Master of Science from NYU in International Affairs and Conflict Resolution.
She was trained in mediation by Alex Carter at Columbia Law School, where she went on to work as a supervisor in the Mediation Clinic.
Sam has worked for over a decade in the nonprofit and education space and has mediated hundreds of cases in Civil, Housing, Supreme and Family Courts, as well as community-based cases. Using this experience, she leads keynotes and workshops on an impressive array of topics in negotiation, mediation, conflict resolution, and communication.
She runs two small businesses: Houseplant Concierge, which helps plant parents like herself care for their plants, and SEA Conflict Consulting, supporting businesses and nonprofits to resolve workplace conflict issues. She is a dog mom, a competitive billiards player, and learning to figure skate and golf.
Her clients include nonprofit organizations, local bar associations, law firms, women’s groups, education groups, courts, and political groups. Sam’s deep conflict resolution experience and approachable style make her a natural fit for any organization that wants to negotiate better, resolve conflict, and realize its mission.

Shawn Watts, MBA, Esq.
Shawn has dedicated his entire legal career to Indian law, mediation, and negotiation. He is the Director of the Indigenous Guardians Network and serves as Director of the Tribal Law & Government Center, Tribal Judicial Support Clinic, and Mediation Clinic at the University of Kansas School of Law. He teaches Mediation and Negotiation for Law Practice at Columbia Law School where he previously served as the Associate Director of the Mediation Program.
Shawn taught a Native American Peacemaking Clinic at Columbia Law School and Yale Law School. He was also the Director of Strategic Initiatives and U.S. Strategy at The Christensen Fund.
As a law professor, Shawn specializes in helping tribal courts to integrate traditional and customary tribal justice practices. In addition to his work with Indian tribes and tribal organizations, Shawn is a lead trainer and formal partner for the United Nations Institute of Training and Research, where he trains and advises world diplomats on the issues facing the world’s Indigenous Peoples. He also provides the U.N. training and curriculum on conflict resolution, negotiation, and peace dialogue.
A citizen of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma, Shawn is a Justice on the Supreme Court of the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi and has also served as a district court judge for the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation.

Daniele A. Williams, AOS
Daniele is a seasoned administrative professional with over 25 years of experience, specializing in executive support, strategic logistics, and operational efficiency. As the Senior Executive Assistant to Alexandra Carter, Daniele plays a pivotal role in managing logistics and ensuring the smooth execution of key initiatives for the Ask For More GroupTM.
Throughout her distinguished career, Daniele has had the privilege of working with some of the world’s most respected organizations, where she gained a deep understanding of the demands and intricacies of high-level executive support. Notably, she has worked with the NFL, Shearman & Sterling, Pfizer, and McKinsey & Company. Each of these experiences helped to cultivate her expertise in managing complex schedules, coordinating events, and providing critical logistical support to senior leadership.
Daniele’s career journey began with an Associate’s Degree from the internationally renowned Katharine Gibbs School. This foundation set her on the path to becoming a trusted and highly regarded professional in the administrative field. Her work ethic, integrity, and ability to anticipate needs before they arise have earned her a reputation for excellence.
Outside of her professional life, Daniele is a creative at heart. When she’s not organizing and streamlining operations for the Ask For More GroupTM, she enjoys painting, crocheting, and relearning the violin—activities that allow her to unwind and express herself in new and meaningful ways. She also runs a small business, Tiny Turtle Life, an online retail store that includes some of her artwork.
